Loft Conversions

Velux - The simplest conversion. Using the existing roof space we can bring the space up to a habitable specification with all the insulation and access requirements. Adding Velux windows to let the daylight in leaves you with a bright space to use as you wish.

Dormer - These conversions can range from a full box dormer to a small window dormer. Box dormer often provide the maximum your loft has to give, utilizing every mm of space. A window dormer gives you the extra headroom around the window openings to appreciate the views comfortably, creating a feeling of space with a smaller amount of work required.

Hip to Gable Roof Modification - Changing the roof to square up the end creates a huge amount of extra space to your loft area. Removing the slope of the hip and bringing up the end elevation to convert it to a gable end gives you much more additional floor area within the same existing sqm of the roof.

L Shaped Dormer - These conversions provide the maximum use of roof spaces that aren't traditional shapes. Usually involving rear two storey elevations extending from the traditional building shape. Although not exclusive,  its often found in Victorian properties where the rear half width protrusion is shared with an adjoining property.
